Hugh Laurie attended "The Creative Process: Inside House" at The Paley Center for Media on June 17, 2009 in Beverly Hills, California. Click the thumbs to proceed! PS: I am oficially back =)
I know I haven't updated much and you guys totally deserve an explanation for why I've lack in updates. The thing is I've kinda lost interest on the internet world, not meaning I am closing the site! I cherish Hugh and this site too much to close it. I already had an Hugh Laurie site back in 2007 and closed it and promissed myself it won't happend again! I just ask for your understanding. I'll update the site soon (hopefully) and I wanna thank you for keep visiting H-Laurie.com! Please don't leave us :) Last but not least I hope Hugh had a great birthday! He turned 50 on June 11th!
Hugh gave an interview to Radio 4's Front Row programme and he talked about twitter: "As I look around my friends' tweets I see banality on all sides. I don't understand the purpose of it." Laurie says despite their opposing views, he hopes to work with Fry again. "We love to do things together, but we're just hopeless planners," he said. The actor, who is currently publicising a new series of the US medical drama House, said he is seeing a lot of Fry at work. "Oddly enough, he now plays a role in this show Bones that actually shoots next door to House, so we wind up eating lunch in the same cafeteria." Despite revealing he does not participate much on Twitter, he said his friend's comments were "the absolute best - the cream of the crop". He added: "I think if people were able to take these 140 characters and develop a poetic Western form - a haiku of our own in which all human existence could be compressed into those 140 characters - that would be a satisfying thing, but that's not what I see when I read them."
Speaking of twitter, fee lfree to follow my profile!
